30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Voxo purchases, including the 48-hour pass and monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Contact David Runacres via the support contact on your Voxo dashboard with the email address you used at checkout and the date of the charge.
- We will arrange the refund through Stripe; you'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any active subscription at any time from your Voxo dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — to request a refund for the most recent charge, follow the steps above within 30 days of that charge.
